We never sell your data. We only share with the trusted services that run Forge — secure cloud infrastructure, payment processing, and AI providers.
You can delete your account and data anytime — just email us.

1. What we collect
Email, your workouts/journals, photos you send for form checks, and gym location only when you check in.
Account info — your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
Training data — workouts, check-ins, streaks, goals, journal entries, and reflections you create.
Photos you submit — images you choose to send for AI form analysis. Processed to generate feedback, not posted publicly.
Location — when you use gym check-in, your approximate location confirms you're at a gym. We don't track you in the background without your action.
Usage & device data — basic analytics and app events to operate and improve Forge.
2. How we use it
To make the app work and get better — nothing creepy.
To provide core features: streaks, accountability, reminders, AI coaching, squads, and progress tracking.
To verify gym check-ins.
To process subscriptions and manage your account.
To improve the app and fix problems.
3. Who we share with
Only the services that power Forge. We never sell your data.
We use trusted third parties to run Forge. They process data only to provide their service to us:
Cloud infrastructure — secure authentication and database (your account, training data, journals).
Payment & subscription providers — to manage your subscription and process payments securely.
AI providers — to generate coaching, form feedback, and reflections from text or images you submit.
Email & analytics providers — to send account emails and understand aggregate usage.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How long we keep it
While your account is active. Ask us and we'll delete it.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact). Some records may be retained as required by law or by our service providers.
5. Your choices
You control your permissions and can delete your data whenever you want.
Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us.
Revoke permissions (location, notifications, photos) in your device settings anytime.
Cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play settings.
6. Children
Not for kids under 13. Tell us if one signed up and we'll remove it.
Forge is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We protect your data, but keep your login private too.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your login credentials private.
8. Changes
If we change this, the date at the top updates.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
