What is Forge?

Forge is a gym-accountability app. The deal is simple: if you don't show up to the gym, Forge locks the distracting apps on your phone, Instagram, TikTok, whatever you pick, until you check in. Plus an AI form coach, streaks, ranks, and squads to keep you honest.

Does it really lock my apps?

Yes. You choose which apps to lock and set your training time. Miss the gym and those apps stay blocked until Forge confirms you're actually there by location. You always keep the essentials: phone, messages, maps.

How does the gym check-in work?

Forge uses your location to confirm you're really at a gym, not faking it from the couch. Check in, your apps come back, your streak grows.

What's the AI coach?

Film a set and the AI scores your form and tells you exactly what to fix. You can also chat with it for plans, a push when you need one, and a daily check-in on how training felt.

How much does it cost?

Forge Pro starts with a 7-day free trial, then a monthly or annual subscription (annual saves you two months). Cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

When does it launch?
