What is Forge?
Forge is a gym-accountability app. If you don't show up to the gym, Forge locks the distracting apps on your phone — Instagram, TikTok, whatever you choose — until you check in. It also has an AI form coach, streaks, ranks, and squads.
How does the app-locking work?
You pick which apps to lock and set your training time. Miss the gym and those apps stay blocked until Forge confirms you're actually there by location. Essentials like phone, messages and maps always stay open.
How does gym check-in work?
Forge uses your location to confirm you're really at a gym. Check in, your apps unlock, your streak grows.
Billing & subscriptions
How much does Forge Pro cost?
There's a 7-day free trial, then a monthly or annual subscription (annual saves you 2 months). Prices are shown in the app before you confirm.
I paid but Forge Pro didn't unlock.
Open the app →
Settings → Support → Restore purchases. That re-syncs your subscription instantly. If it still doesn't unlock, email
support@tedscompanys.online with your account email and we'll fix it fast.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in your App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your access stays active until the end of the period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
